Administrative and Accounts Assistant
SALARY : starting RM1000

Qualification / Requirement:

  • Minimum Qualification, SPM holder (plus point for those with Accounting background or certificate and with 1-2 years of experience)
  • Female
  • Competent with computer, at least using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Good communication skills; able to converse in English and Malay (other languages such as Chinese is an advantage)
  • Able to work independently or with little supervision
  • Team player
  • Proactive and dynamic as well as with good organizational skills

Responsibility:

  • Attending Administrative, Accounting and Book Keeping matters
  • Preparing and Keeping record of Staff, Invoices, Payment, Quotation, etc.
  • Looking after Office administration
  • Prepare Letters and Other related documents
  • Making and Answering Calls to and from related companies, Bodies, Agencies, etc.
  • Attending to office matters

Part Time / Full Time Sales and Marketing Assistant
SALARY : RM1100 (full-time) RM8/per hour (part-time)

Qualification / Requirement

  • Minimum Qualification, STPM or Diploma Holder (plus point for those with marketing, beauty background or experience)
    Preferably Female Chinese Candidate

  • Good interpersonal skill with attractive appearance
  • Interested in Health, Beauty and Wellness (knowledge to perform facial is a bonus)
  • Competent with computer, able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
  • Able to work independently with little supervision
  • Team player
  • Proactive and Dynamic, with good organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the marketing team in planning, organizing, executing and managing all marketing and branding activities
  • Managing preparation and production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, banners, etc.
  • Attending to Sales Activities including Receiving Orders, Preparing Invoices, Packaging and Sending Products, Monitor Sales, etc.
  • Maintaining and updating customers and players database
  • Organizing and attending events
  • Building trust by establishing friendly and interactive relationship with customers, business contacts and the public
  • Updating product inventory
  • Other related tasks which is important for the company’s growth
